By accessing or using any services provided by Bigler Dental Institute — including software applications (such as the BIRD order management platform), online and in-person courses, professional training programs, memberships, and digital resources — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). You may use our services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse our applications, course materials, or other resources.
Access may require registration and valid login credentials, which you are responsible for keeping secure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
